The Elderflower concentrate that is used as a base to the Aroha range is created by Mark Dillon on the Family farm 'Waikirikiri' in near Leeston, Canterbury. 

Elderflowers are handpicked wild during the heat of the late spring day allowing maximum flavour and pollen to be in the flower head.

Adding to the purity of the artesian spring water from the heart of the Canterbury Plains.
